The Gym at Sandylands Fitness Centre


Sandylands Fitness centre is a gym for all - whether you are a fitness guru or a complete gym novice there is something for everyone. From our comprehensive cardio range to our fully equipped free weight section we cater for everyone equally.

Our fully qualified health and fitness professionals are always on hand to lend their expertise, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or generally get fit and healthy.

We offer full support to members with a full induction upon monthly membership sign up which includes instruction for all equipment as well as a specifically designed program to get you going with a follow up every 6-8 weeks to change programs if required.

Monday -  Thursday: 9 am – 9 pm

Friday: 9 am – 8:30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9 am – 3pm
